Don’t drink 5 Hour Energy shots instead of meals, especially if you never drink caffeine. My organs hate me right now.. I got to be sign spinner at work, though, so I got a TON of exercise! Every time I stop moving, my limbs twitch and shake cause I overexerted myself.. Yay, exercise!

11:46am - 1 cup pumpkin granola [150 calories]
1:04pm - 1 cup pumpkin granola [150 calories]
5:12pm - 1 5 Hour Energy shot [4 calories]
7:26pm - 1 5 Hour Energy shot [4 calories]
8:26pm - 1 slice Papa Johns cheese pizza [300 calories]
10:42pm - slim 1 with the inner bread removed and extra ham [470 calories]
Total calories: 1268
