Hurrah!

So much exercising! I’m going through the list I posted of all of those videos, although so far I’ve only been doing cardio ones. They’re really nice!

Intake;

3:26pm - 1 bowl raisin bran cereal with soy milk

5:32pm - Nature Valley oats’n honey granola bar [190 calories]

11:42pm - vegetable stew and 2 pumpkin cookies [350 calories]

Total calories: 540

1:33pm - Ezekiel 4:9 almond cereal and soy milk with 1 tsp sugar

5:42pm - chocolate chip cookie dough Zone bar [180 calories]

5:54pm - 2 cups Jasmine rice and 1 cup broccoli [440 calories]

8:26pm - 1 pumpkin cookie [100 calories]

10:45pm - 1 cup Jasmine rice and 1/2 cup broccoli [220 calories]

Total calories: 940 calories
