More workout videos!

I did that ab workout thing again, although I can still only do it twice in a row. Hopefully I’ll be able to do more repetitions of it soon.. The Lady Gaga Judas one is only as hard as you want it to be, so be sure to tense those muscles if you want the full workout!

4:26pm - 1 banana and 1 Nature Valley oats’n honey granola bar

7:46pm - Jimmy Johns chocolate chip cookie [420 calories]

10:12pm - 6” Subway ham, mozzarella, and spinach sub [300 calories]

4:08am - Ezekiel 4:9 almond cereal and soy milk with 1 tsp sugar [250 calories]

Total calories: 970
